One of the wonderful ways we bear God’s image is in relationships. God shares about Himself within Trinity; a relationship of Father, Son and Spirit. In Genesis 1:26 it says, Let us make us make man in our image, in our likeness… When He made Man, He followed up with Woman declaring, it wasn’t good for man to be alone. This is core to all our hearts, what we were designed for and what we were made for.

When Jesus is asked what is the greatest commandment, He doesn’t turn to Exodus 20 where the Ten Commandments lay, rather He quotes Deuteronomy 6:5… 37 Jesus replied:

" 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments’." Matthew 22:37-40 (NIV)
